What is eZBusiness Card Management?

eZBusiness is a premier web-based commercial card management solution. Its industry leading technology and integration boasts the flexibility to optimize any commercial card program.

  • Reallocating existing limits in real time

  • MCC and velocity maintenance

  • Updating demographics

  • Making payments

  • Online transaction disputes and service requests

Who Can Benefit from eZBusiness?

eZBusiness is ideal for company admistrators as it allows access to all expense management functions including adding credit card accounts to cost centers and assigning GL allocations to cost centers, credit card accounts, and/or expense categories.

Access Levels

Level 1: Commercial Card Basic access allows employees to manage payments, make account inquiries, update profiles, etc.

Level 2: Commercial Card Plus access allows employees to manage payments, make account inquiries, access reports, create and delete user profiles and update profiles, etc.

Access levels are chosen at the time of enrollment. Up to five Commercial Card Plus users allowed.

How to Enroll

Beginning in Q3 if one of your commercial customers with a TCM issued credit card would like more information or to enroll, please contact TCM's Business Account Management team at business.relations@tcmbank.comOur team will make the process as seamless as possible for your commercial customers. The enrollment process includes:

  1. A demo of the website and its capabilities, if needed
  2. Completing enrollment packet
  3. Training of essential business personnel on using the program

Attend Demo Webinars

TCM's client relations team will be conducting demos of the eZBusiness platforms via webinars prior to June 15, 2026.  Please be on the lookout for invitation emails.  

In addition, once eZBusiness is available to the commercial cardholders in Q3 2026, TCM will be inviting business cardholders to training sessions.  More details will be provided soon.
